The client had regularly passed the ‘tired semi -detached house on a nice corner plot’ and always thought it could be something special.   When it came up for sale, they appointed JKA to transform it into a 4 bed family home.

Taking advantage of the dual aspect the solution introduces a new bay to the neglected entrance and side elevation that’s creates space for open plan family living area at ground floor and master bedroom above.
