JKA extended and converted an existing outbuilding into a purpose-built office for the studio and multifunctional space.  With an eye to future living, the 40sqm area could quite easily act as a separate annexe for family or visitors with its own kitchenette and bathroom area.

Visually the appearance is softened from the main residence with cedar cladding battens and narrow verge detail add a contemporary touch to a simple facade.
